2 cups all-purpose flour
►1/2- tsp baking powder, baking soda
►1/2- tsp salt
►1/2 tsp cinnamon, Nut meg , Salt
► 1/2- cup white/ brown sugar
►2 Medium eggs room temperature
►1 tsp pure vanilla extract/ 3 cups Sun flower Oil
►1/2 cups buttermilk
