Chicken Momo ll Delicious Steamed Chicken Dumplings



Chicken Momo or Chicken Dumpling is a North – Eastern snack recipe that prepared with minced chicken, green chili, black pepper, soy sauce etc. It is a healthy, tasty high protein recipe. We can serve it with momo chutney.

INGREDIENTS —

* Refined Flour – 2 cups
* Refined Oil – 1 tbsp
* Salt – 1/2 tsp

Ing. For Stuffing —

* Chicken (minced or keema) – 400 gram
* Refined Oil – 1 tbsp
* Cabbage – 150 gram (finely chopped)
* Carrot – 100 gram (finely chopped, optional)
* Onion – 1 big ( finely chopped)
* Green Chili – 4 to 5 ( Finely chopped)
* Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 and 1/2 tbsp
* Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
* Salt – as per taste
* Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
