FRIED RICE RECIPE | DELICIOUS SPICY RICE | HOW TO COOK NIGERIAN FRIED RICE | RICE WITH GIZZARD



FRIED RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS  
1kg turkey gizzard/liver/kidney -optional
1kg easy cook rice
1 large sized onion
6 gloves garlic
1 table chopped ginger
100gm peas
100gm baby carrots
1 large sized red bell pepper
6 chopped habanero peppers
1 table spoon of Knorr/all-purpose seasoning
1 tea spoon of chilli powder – optional
1 tea spoon of mixed herbs
Pinch of salt
150gm of corn
2 to 4 table spoon of olive/vegetable oil

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Chopped and Cook turkey gizzard/liver/kidney for mins– optional
Add 2 to 4 table spoon of olive/vegetable oil into sauce pan/pot let it heat up for
1 minute then
Add 1 large sized chopped onion
Add 6 chopped garlic gloves let it cook for 2 minutes then
Add 1 table spoon chopped ginger
Add 100gm baby carrots
Add 100gm peas
Add 150gm corn
Add 1 large red chopped bell pepper
Add 6 chopped habanero peppers
Add 1 table spoon of Knorr/all-purpose seasoning
Add 1 tea spoon of mixed herbs

Add 1 tea spoon of chill pepper for extra spice – optional
Add chopped turkey gizzard/liver/kidney -optional into sauce pan/pot and let it
cook for 5mins
Add 1litre of chicken stock into sauce pan
Add Pinch of salt if required

Pour water into a bow with raw rice inside and leave it for 2 mins
Rinse rice with cold water
Add rinsed rice into sauce pan/pot
Stir sauce pan very well with all ingredient inside
Let it cook in a low heat for 15 to 20 mins
Dinner is ready and serve
Dinner for 6 to 8 people
