How I used free weight loss programme to lose weight



For 8 weeks now, I have been following a weight lose programme that actually works. This is a free weight lose programme provided by the NHS. It has changed my eating habit and promoted me to exercise more and improve my lifestyle to a more healthy one. This video informs you of the journey to losing weight. Also I inform you how African food which is often plant based are equally healthy meals, especially Nigerian food and how this can be incorporated in the weight lose meal plan. This video is an intro to health promotion I plan to do this month in my channel and at the same time shed light on diabetes and meals that helps in the recovery of the type two part.
